Biography:

Better known as “René with the blue eyes”, his nickname in the French comedy La vérité si je mens, and La vérité si je mens 3, a trilogy directed by Thomas Gilou, Guy Amram is a French actor who plays in different movie genres.

Starring in TV series as well as in movies, he appeared in the French TV series H, Cartouche, Highlander (French-canadian-american fiction), Metal Hurlant, Sauveur Giordano, Nestor Burma , Joséphine ange gardien, Commissaire Valence, Commissaire Cordier and in the movies Le Plaisir (et ses sept petits tracas) directed by Nicolas Boukhrief, Les Jolies Choses from Gilles Paquet-Brenner, Banlieue 13 Ultimatum from Patrick Alessandrin, Les Mythos from Denis Thybaud, or Gomez et Tavarez from Gilles Paquet-Brenner.

Guy Amram is also a talented actor in theater, since he appeared in several plays, such as La Puce à l’oreille from Georges Feydeau, directed by Jean-Claude Brialy, Quadrill from Sacha Guitry and directed by Daniel Benoin or more recently in L’Amant (The Lover,from Harold Pinter) directed by Alexandre Berdat.
